Curtis Ames is a visual artist living and working in Los Angeles, CA. His work has been exhibited both nationally and internationally. He received his MFA from Georgia State University.
Ames’ creative research has evolved out of an ongoing interest in concepts related to effort and the ethics of irresolvability. These issues continue to propel his practice, regardless of medium, and constitute the thematic underpinnings of much of his work.
